Position: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)
Location: Sutton
Salary: £28,365 per annum (£13.60 per hour)
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days a week with 3 days off
About the Role: We are seeking passionate and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to enrich our vibrant team. Your role will focus on supporting the Room Leader, planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum, and fostering strong relationships with both children and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the daily operations of the nursery room.
* Prepare and maintain learning resources and environments.
* Record observations and activities effectively.
* Adhere to safety and safeguarding policies.
* Engage actively with parents to maintain transparent communication.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification.
* Enhanced DBS check clearance.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding protocols.
