We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team in Islington. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in early years education who is eager to work full-time in a nurturing and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the learning and development of young children, working closely with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Carry out observations and assessments to track children's progress.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.Requirements:

A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting.
A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication skills.
