About the Team:

The Project Manager, Marketing role will oversee the end-to-end management of product marketing projects, including but not limited to packaging, unboxing experience, digital creative, and more from initial concept through to delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, packaging expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business objectives, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. 

What You Will Do:

Lead and manage marketing and consumer unboxing projects (packaging artwork, QuickStart Guide, digital unboxing collateral, User Manuals, QR code development and tracking) from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, product development, and supply chain) to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Work closely with design teams to create innovative creative that aligns with market trends, retailer requirements and consumer expectations.

Work closely with product, marketing, creative services, and sales teams to align creative and packaging solutions with product launches, promotions and market strategies.

Work closely with Business Development and Partnership teams to implement requirements and feedback from partners featured on key print and digital materials.

Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are understood and met.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, print and digital materials, and regulatory initiatives.

If located in New York, will be expected to travel 25% to Irvine due to in person needs for packaging.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Project Management, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in packaging management, project management, or product marketing roles.

Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and industry standards.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

Preferred - Proficiency in CAD software for packaging design.

For New York-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $78,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $100,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
