The Coordinator of Sales is responsible for assisting salespeople in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by the salesperson, sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. The Coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of material. Some store maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position can involve working outdoors or being exposed to wet, humid, extremely hot or extremely cold conditions. This position may require working near a highly precarious place and moving mechanical parts. There may be a risk of electrical shock. The position may be exposed to vibrations, airborne particles or toxic chemicals.
Physical Demands
This position involves frequently sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically includes standing, walking and use of hands and arms. Rarely include stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. 40 hours per week.
Travel
Limited local travel is expected for this position.
