ROLE: Sales Administrator
SALARY: Up to £24,500 DOE
LOCATION: Hixon (office based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading manufacturer, who are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
BENEFITS:
• A salary of up to £24,500 DOE.
• Annual bonus based on individual performance.
• 2.30pm finish every other Friday.
• 28 days’ annual leave, rising to 33 days with length of service.
• Christmas shut down.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will be an experienced Administrator – ideally within a manufacturing environment, however this isn’t essential.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, the successful individual must be confident in managing high-volume workloads and working to strict deadlines.
Experience of using SAP is advantageous, however full training will be given.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis.
• Handling incoming calls and emails effectively.
• Resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
• Giving basic technical advice and escalating to the relevant team, if required.
• Covering reception as needed.
• Preparing customer quotations and ensuring the discount matrix is maintained.
• General administrative duties.
