Sales Administrator
This successful vehicle and related products company is recruiting for a Sales Administrator to look after the processing of their vehicles. You will be joining a friendly team in a fun environment, with a company that likes to recognise its employees’ efforts. Good benefits are offered including 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, free parking on site, regular social events and much more.
The Sales Administrator role:
* You will arrange and administer build of vehicle orders to customer specifications
* You will build and develop good relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure vehicle builds are completed on time and accurately
* Processing and completing all necessary paperwork and system processes such as invoices and orders
* You’ll speak regularly to all internal supplying departments and external suppliers to chase through the production of vehicles
* Working office hours, Monday to Friday.
The Sales Administrator will:
* Have strong administration experience, preferably from within a manufacturing or product-supplying business in a sales admin, production administrator or purchasing administrator type of role or similar.
* Be computer literate, being comfortable with and having used Microsoft office software such as Word, Excel and email, as well as internal order or purchasing administration systems.
* Have good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Be a good communicator who can successfully chase work through other departments or external suppliers
* Be located in commuting distance from Stoke
