My client, a world leader in the manufacture, installation, and service of elevators and escalators, is looking for a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kingston upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the service and maintenance of a portfolio of 90 lift units monthly, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
* Performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimise downtime.
* Attending to emergency breakdowns and repairs, with 1 week on call every 7 weeks.
* Conducting safety inspections in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
* Completing accurate service reports and maintain maintenance records.
* Liaising with customers to provide excellent service and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Lift Engineer, with knowledge of various lift systems.
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving license.
