As part of our adult services programme we have Greenways, a residential bungalow based in Highcliffe, minutes away from the beach and Highcliffe Castle.



To be considered for this role you must hold a Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential.

The role:

To join this incredible team you would be required to support four gentlemen in their early to mid 20's. Some of our residents have grown up together through our school and beyond which is an amazing story to be apart of.

Greenways is a very busy interactive home whereby the people we support are often on the go, attend college and workshops, various activities such as bowling, swimming, picnics in the forest, cycling, horse riding and much more.

We are driven by our values when we recruit and so we are looking for fun, care-free, compassionate and patient staff who really want to make a difference.



Hours of work:

The shift pattern is 8am – 3pm and 3pm -10pm and includes working alternative weekends.
