Associate Project Manager/Director
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £62,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project management commissions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage internal resources and client relationships.
Support business development through bids, client retention, and securing new commissions.
Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives.Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction-related role.
Strong project and financial management experience.
Expertise in procurement routes and building contracts.
Chartered (RICS or equivalent) or working towards.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Driving license and access to own car required.
