Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Operations Manager based in Braintree on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of a small Digital Marketing business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Managing and organising MD’s email inbox

* Delegating tasks to staff members and external freelancers

* Following up on delegated tasks, seeing through to completion

* Managing inbound enquiries and deciding appropriate action

* Managing any queries/issues from customers

* Taking job briefs from customers

* Writing small parts of website content

* Utilisation of AI

* Assisting with processing of expenses

* Running reports

* Liaising with existing clients

* General PA and Administrative duties

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

* Strong administrative skills

* Organised and self motivated

* Ability to work independently

* An interest in digital marketing

* Previous PA/Office experience

* Ability to make effective decisions

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.

In return our client offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum and hybrid working may be considered.
