A dynamic and dedicated Service Manager is sought to join a leader in vacuum technologies at their facility in Greater London.

Leading and managing the Service Team, comprising of in-house engineers and field service engineers, you will foster a culture of customer-centric service.

Your main responsibilities will include Resource planning; People management; Service Sales support and Budgetary Management.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is at the heart of all your responsibilities.

Now is a great time to join this growing leader in vacuum products, to continue delivery of first-class service to customers.

Experience and Qualifications:

As the successful Service Manager, you should hold a relevant degree in engineering or any other technical education.

You should also experience in Mechanics/ Systems /Machine tools/ Electronics or Mechatronics. Your experience should include Service Engineering, Service Management and Team Leadership.

With your background in Service, you will have proven capacity to manage customer expectations.

Managing all aspects of the Service provision, you must be willing to travel within the UK, and also overseas to other global locations when required.

When not travelling, you will be based onsite in Greater London.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested for verification.
