We are a bespoke commercial property management firm, providing tailored services to some of London’s most prestigious office buildings, including top law firms. We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Plumber to join our existing team of engineers, who specialize in various disciplines including electrical and mechanical systems. Based in the bustling Liverpool Street area, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of a high-end commercial office environment.

**The Role:**
As a Mechanical Plumber, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and upkeep of the building’s mechanical systems. You will be responsible for both pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of all plumbing-related services. This includes working with Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV), and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.
