We are fortunate enough as a charity to have a remarkable property and estates offering in which the team supporting all areas of the charity from adult services, Portfield School, 19-25 Futures through to the charity hub office team.

Due to our growth we are looking to recruit a full or part time Maintenance Operative to provide support with all charity assets upkeep.

A day in the life of a Maintenance Operative would include:

* Carrying out installations, renovations and planned maintenance across charity grounds

* Effectively respond to maintenance tickets in a professional and timely manner

* Providing updates on projects to internal stakeholders

* Working with a variety of power tools
