Position Summary

The Program Coordinator II - Youth Programs is responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs and activities. This position will work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure program success and impact. The Program Coordinator II will also collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance program offerings.

Hourly Salary Range: $24.00-$26.00 plus $2 bilingual differential

Responsibilities

Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs and activities

Coordinate logistics for program events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration

Supervise program volunteers and interns, providing guidance and support

Collaborate with community partners to identify and incorporate program resources and opportunities

Collect and analyze program data to measure impact and make recommendations for improvement

Conduct outreach and community engagement activities to promote program awareness and participation

Assist with grant writing and reporting requirements

Support program budget management and expense tracking

Maintain accurate program documentation and records

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Proven experience in program coordination or related role

Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working with diverse youth populations

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with community partners

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Passion for youth advocacy and empowerment
