As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in aiding patients on their journey to recovery, enhancing their movement and overall quality of life.
We offer a supportive environment with a focus on high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. You will work alongside experienced professionals to provide personalized treatment plans that promote healing and mobility.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions.
Design and implement personalized treatment plans for rehabilitation.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote patient recovery.
Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and preventive care.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active Washington state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using EMR software, such as WebPT.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
