Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and guiding them through their recovery process. Your expertise will empower patients to regain their strength and mobility, ultimately helping them achieve their personal health goals.

Salary: We offer a Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year plus full Benefits.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per Hour

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Conditions We Treat: Lower Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Knee Pain, Chronic Pain, Elbow Pain, Neck Pain, Osteoarthritis

Types of Patients: Young Adults to Geriatric Patients from 21 years old to 85 year olds+

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents to determine their physical capabilities and treatment needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving residents' strength, mobility, and functional independence.

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to address physical impairments.

Monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care.

Educate residents and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain and enhance physical health.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of WA.

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution  (Master's or Doctorate).

Manual Therapy & Exercise Design Experience (Preferred)

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or working with the geriatric population is highly desirable.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
