Requirements
Work closely with colleagues on daily basis for all aspects of accounting/company financials
Checking the accuracy of day-to-day transactions and recording the same in the general accounting software.
Manage and perform all functions of progress billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, for install projects.
All aspects of construction accounting - Waivers – Liens - Notices
Understanding the current processes and look for ways to improve and create better, more efficient processes.
Light administrative duties
Greet Customers
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
As a new and evolving roll, your tasks and responsibilities will change.
