Compensation & IncentivesBase Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Up to $18K in bonuses a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Hybrid role that allows for more flexibility to work from home up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field

Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines

Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision

Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided

Preferred: Home residence within the state of Texas

Preferred: 3-5 years' experience serving as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Preferred: 2+ years of ABA Telehealth experience

Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children

Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
