Compensation & Incentives

Hybrid Role: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home 75% of the time.

Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Travel Reimbursement: Covers costs for flights, hotels, meals, etc.

Qualifications

Required:Must travel at least 25% monthly (one week per month) to provide in-person supervision.

Reside within the state of Texas.

Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.

Licensed Professional (LBA TX) per state guidelines, if applicable

Willingness to obtain both TX & OK LBA state licensure (reimbursement provided).

Preferred:

3-5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.

Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.

Experience with Central Reach
