Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President-Human Resources, the Senior HRIS Manager will lead the Human Resources Information Systems team as part of the broader Human Resources team. The role will also partner closely with IT resources that support HR as well as other key stakeholders.
The role will provide leadership in the implementation of new features and technologies that support HR, payroll and business goals. The role will also have a focus on continuous improvement of existing systems and processes (including HCM, applicant tracking), and will supervise the day-to-day management of these systems.
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR leadership, HRIS team, IT , Payroll and other stakeholders to refine and implement overall HRIS strategy, plus subsets of that strategy (e.g. reporting and analytics).
Work with management to prioritize business needs.
Provide leadership around implementation of new modules, features and technologies (in conjunction with IT and external partners).
Manage and develop a team of individual contributors.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Troubleshoot issues, errors, and system glitches and manage resolution with internal team members as well as third party organizations
Execute reporting and data analytics that support business decisions
Lead team in managing data, managing system upgrades, system testing, system configuration, data feeds, reporting and data auditing.
Partner with global HR leadership and internal stakeholders to make strategic decisions including defining HCM solutions to business needs, vendor selection and system implementation
Manage HRIS projects from RFP, vendor & system selection, project management through implementation and hyper-care stages
Continuously monitor external trends and developments in HRIS systems and processes, and share opportunities with team and leadership as appropriate.
Regularly monitor and review HRIS system access and security.
Ensure HRIS processes are properly documented
Ensure data integrity within all HR-related systems
Work with data privacy team to ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
Provide subject matter expertise input for budgetary process
Support an exciting and transformational Human Leadership vision and execution:
Drive leadership practices of communication, inclusiveness and responsive policies supporting our digital transformation. Asking the questions of how we can do this better.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned

SPECIALIZED TRAINING/EDUCATION PREFERRED
Expert level proficiency in HR systems – preferably Oracle HCM. Other HRIS experience could include Workday, SAP Success Factors
Experience supporting payroll systems
Experience supporting SaaS systems
