Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

The successful candidate for this position will have:

Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa or Illinois or a compact license from another state.

Proven leadership experience with at least one year of successful experience as a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist in a Skilled Nursing setting or at least three years of experience as a facility SNF MDS case manager.

Experience with MDS 3.0, ICD-10, PDPM, and Medicaid Case-Mix Reimbursement preferred

RAC-CT preferred

Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time

Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes and unwavering quality care; and

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic Microsoft knowledge
