Overview:

What You Can Expect:
Oversees and manages large, complex, high visibility and strategic enterprise accounts
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with brokers and senior-level decision makers and influencers at the client level
Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with brokers and clients. Identifies and develops new sales opportunities
Solicits, develops, and maintains favorable contracts with all potential clients in the assigned area. Tracks contract renewal dates and terms. Consults with the client to arrive at renewal agreements securing and growing the accounts revenue
Full Benefits with hospital contributions
Salaried Position
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 5 years relevant experience.
Experience in self funded plan/ASO
Preferred Insurance Producers License in Idaho
