Secondary College Gym Instructor & PE Support (Immediate Start)

Are you passionate about fitness and inspiring young people to achieve their full potential? Our Secondary College is seeking a Gym Instructor & PE Support to join our dynamic Physical Education team. This is a full-time, long-term position based primarily in our state-of-the-art college gym, with an immediate start. You may also be asked to help and participate in the Duke of Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the college gym, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students.
Design and lead fitness programs tailored to various student needs and abilities.
Assist the PE department with general physical education classes and activities.
Provide one-on-one and group fitness coaching to students.
Ensure gym equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
Support extra-curricular sports and fitness activities when required.The Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications in fitness instruction, gym management, or a related field (Level 2 Gym Instructor or equivalent).
Experience working with young people in an educational or fitness setting.
Passionate about health, fitness, and student wellbeing.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and support the PE department with various activities.What We Offer:
