We are looking for a Pest Control Technicians for a temp to perm position in Southwark area to start in immediately.

Hours: 36h, Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, 1 day 8 am to 5 pm

Pay rate: £16.11/h PAYE (extra rate paid for overtimes and being on stand-by)

Successful candidate will be carrying out inspections of sites and premises, either originating from a complaint, request for service or as part of a regular inspection programme.

The main purpose of the role:

* To deal with various infestations and carrying out an appropriate treatment for: Commensal rodents, squirrels, cockroaches, bed bugs/fleas, moths/flies, tropical/garden ants, wasps/hornets, stray dog collection/transportation, pigeon clearance/proofing

* Surveying properties and premises

* Carrying out proofing work to control and prevent infestations

* Providing advice to customers and taking payments

Experience / Requirements:

* BPCA or RSPH Level 2 qualifications

* Full UK driving licence

* Flexibility and ability to work on demand

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to write reports and update spreadsheets

* Experience with traps, poisons and pest control equipment

* Ability to work on heights and confined spaces
