Job Title: Pest Control Technician
Location: Southwark
Pay: £16.11 - £20.56
Hours: 08:00-16:00 (1 day per week 08:00-17:00)
Job Summary: As a Pest Control Technician working within social housing, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and eliminating pest infestations in residential units to ensure a safe and healthy living environment for tenants. Your role involves conducting inspections, implementing pest control measures, and providing recommendations to prevent future infestations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect residential units and common areas for signs of pest infestations.
Develop and implement effective pest control plans using safe and approved methods.
Apply pest control treatments, including traps, baits, and sprays, as needed.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up actions.
Communicate with tenants to educate them on pest prevention and control.
Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address pest-related issues.
