We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Enfield, Southgate.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to a boy in the Sixth Form, focusing on both academic and personal care needs.
Develop and implement tailored educational activities and support strategies.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to the child’s education and well-being.
Monitor and record the child's progress, adjusting support strategies as necessary.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Ability to support personal care needs.
Positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
Enhanced DBS on the update service is mandatory.
