Location: Enfield, London
Salary: £95 - £110 (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate Start

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives? Do you have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive SEN school community in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Help students with academic tasks, social interaction, and emotional development.
Work on a one-to-one basis or with small groups to ensure pupils are fully supported.
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teaching staff and SENCO.
Monitor and report on the progress and wellbeing of students.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
A caring, patient, and positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to working in a dynamic school environment.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting the welfare of all pupils.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or similar) are desirable but not essential.
