SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to a student with SEN, focusing on both academic and personal care needs.
Develop and implement tailored educational activities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure a consistent approach.
Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet the child's needs.
Create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Ability to assist with personal care.
A patient, positive, and proactive attitude.
Enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
