Senior Residential Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day! 🌟

Location: Residential Home for Mixed-Gender and Non-Binary Children and Young People (Ages 8-18)

Are you passionate about shaping the lives of young people? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join this team as Senior Residential Support Workers. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to create lasting, positive change for children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct care and support to children in a nurturing residential setting.
Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure.
Promote positive experiences and create a safe, supportive environment.
Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of care. What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Support Worker with children or young adults.
Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport.
A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role.
NVQ3 in Children and Young People (or a commitment to achieve it). Perks and Benefits:

Flexible Work/Life Balance: 39 hours per week across three shifts (08:00-23:00), including two sleep-ins.
Competitive Salary: Earn up to £34,047 with overtime and additional sleep-ins paid at enhanced rates.
