As a Senior Support Worker, you'll lead with heart and skill, guiding your team through each shift while ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, support, and inspire your team.
Manage staff inductions, supervisions, rotas, and more.
Handle the ordering of medication and maintain accurate care plans.
Mentor and train staff to continually improve skills.
Be the friendly face for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure everyone’s safety and well-being while performing hands-on care duties. What You’ll Need:

Care experience with an NVQ3 (or higher).
A solid understanding of national care standards and mandatory training.
Own transport What We Offer:

Competitive pay at £14.90 per hour.
