As Registered Manager, you’ll oversee two nearby homes, supporting six children, and ensuring top care standards and Ofsted compliance alongside Deputy Managers.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked for at least 2 years as an Ofsted Registered Manager or in a similar role in a children’s home.
* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted registration processes and care operations.
* Background working with young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
