You'll work hands-on with clients, supporting and troubleshooting to help them with their technical issues resolved as quickly as possible via telephone and tickets. What You'll Do:
- Offer support to customers and clients on the phone
- Helping take orders from customers and ordering equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in desktop implementations (Windows/macOS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supporting and administering Networks
- Previous experience in an MSP environment (Desirable).
Location: Liverpool
Work Pattern: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Salary: £25k-£28k DOE
