Payroll Officer, £15 per hour (umbrella rate) Various locations - Minimum 6-month contract

These roles can be based in Hampshire, South Wales or North East England

We have a new vacancy working with a public sector client for a minimum of 6 months.

Your main duties will include data entry whereby you input payroll related information/instructions into the payroll system and deal with pay related queries from a variety of sources such as staff, managers, or externally from agencies such as HMRC, DWP, My CSP etc.

I am keen to speak to payroll officers who have worked in a similar role with skills and experience including:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator who can work well in a team and under own initiative
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office
• Used to working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload

It would be hugely beneficial if you have used a computerised payroll system, like Oracle Fusion
