Payroll Officer

£15.10 per hour
INSIDE IR35
6 Month Contract with expected extension
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in either Newport, South Wales, Titchfield, Hampshire, Edinburgh or Darlington offices.

My client are a large prestigious government organisation and are looking for a Payroll Officer to come and join their team on an initial 6 month basis, paying £15.10 per hour, Inside IR35.

DBS WILL NEED TO BE HELD OR DONE BEFORE STARTING IN THIS ROLE

Essential Criteria

. Computer literate - especially Word & Excel.
. Ability to work with little supervision using own initiative.
. Good team-player with a positive outlook.
. Ability to work to a high level of accuracy & demonstrate attention to detail
. Be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.
. Ability to deal well with employee queries, work confidentially and to treat issues with sensitivity.
. A proven track record in a payroll post, including the use of a computerised payroll system.
