3rd Line Service Desk Engineer - Milton Keynes- Hybrid - £40,000 to £45,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer.

The successful candidate will be able to provide technical support to end users. This can include incidents; problems; requests or change control depending on the customer's request. You must have clear communication both written and verbal.

Specific responsibilities include:

Log and Investigate customer tickets.
Provide Level 3 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support.
Resolve complex IT issues.
Manage and maintain customer documentation.
Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns.
Work closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.
End to end ownership of problem resolution.
Action Hardware and Software installations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers.
Firewalls, Router and VPN Technologies.
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, VEAAM, Azure AD, DHCP, Replication, Meraki, Intune, Auto - Pilot, Hypervisors and VMWare.
