We are pleased to bring you a new 3 month contract role for a Static Fabric Engineer to be based on the Strand for a world leading Higher Education Institution. This role will initially start as a 3 month contract and will be paid weekly.

Within this Static Fabric Engineer role you will be responsible for both reactive and PPMs maintenance tasks on the University campus. The majority of this role will be fabric biased but you may also be involved in some general building services maintenance as required.

You will be working within a team and the hours for this role are 8-4 Monday - Friday, this is a 35 hour week. This role is based on the Strand campus, across multiple buildings within one location.

For this 3 month contract Fabric Maintenance engineer we are looking for:

A carpentry qualification, level 2 or level 3

Fabric maintenance experience to include the maintenance of doors, windows, flooring

General building services maintenance experience

Immediately available to start a new role
