Technical Account Executive

Hereford - Fulltime - Permanent- Competitive Salary DOE

Due to growth a Technical Account Executive is required for a nationwide company based in Hereford. The Technical Account Executive would be the main point of contact for customers operating on the more complex sites, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.

The Role:

Main point of contact for customers at our more complex sites - Building lasting relationships with customers
Communicating clearly with customers, detailing PPM for example, and resolving technical concerns and call outs.
Regular site visits initially, less once established - Travel several times a month
Preparing and presenting business and account updates
Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reaction
Ensure any upselling of solutions and services.
Following up clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services

The Person:

Experience in same or similar role, would potentially suit someone coming off the tools.
Technical experience within Air Con, refrigeration, electrical or mechanical role
Gain an excellent understanding of the company, products and services
Strong communicationand customer service skills- Customer centric
Ability to multi-task. Listening and Interpersonal skills.
Flexible attitude towards work, ensuring the needs of the customer are met
