Class People, the leading independent education specialists, are seeking a handful of dedicated and passionate individuals to join a team of Teaching Assistants to work within further education establishments in Hereford. If you have a genuine love for working with young adults and supporting their development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. While qualifications are desirable, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to individual students with EHCPs, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
Foster positive relationships with student and teachers.
Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.
Help to keep the students on track with their studies, providing encouragement to complete tasks.
Commitment to working full-time or part-time on a contractual basis (Mondays are an essential day)
Requirements:

Experience working with students in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
Working across different subject areas and within various year groups.
Qualification:

While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable, they are not essential. We welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong commitment to enhancing the educational experience for students.
