Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Providing product information and technical support.
Processing orders and tracking shipments.
Coordinating with production and logistics teams to resolve issues.
Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
Updating customer records and order statuses in CRM systems.
Assisting in returns and exchanges.
Preparing reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Supporting sales teams with customer-related tasks.Qualifications:
