As part of our efforts to provide high quality products and exceptional service, The Green Air Group is actively seeking Plumbing Service Technicians. Successful candidates must be able to perform a wide variety of Plumbing repair/installation and maintenance tasks in the residential and light commercial market. This position has potential for growth within our company. The ability to provide a high level of customer service is essential to this position. We are looking for a team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service while working in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions.

·         Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.

·         Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.

·         Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.

·         Ensure all work complies with current codes and regulations.

·         Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

·         Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently.

·         Stay up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques and industry standards.

·         Maintain company vehicle in clean and proper working order with an organized inventory of plumbing repair necessities.

·         Ensure company tools are being used safely, maintained properly, and accounted for.

·         Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.

·         Perform other similar duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Must have a driver's license, clean driving record.

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills

·         Efficient time-management and organizational skills.

·         Familiarity with national, state, and local plumbing code regulations.

·         The physical ability to work in ceilings, crawl spaces, chases and other confined work areas is also required.

Experience & Education/Certification: 

·         Prefer three years’ experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.

·         High school graduate or equivalent.

·         Graduate from a trade/vocational school plumbing program or other construction-related program preferred.

·         Backflow Certification would be a bonus.

Benefits

$25.00 an hour and up, commensurate with experience and full benefits package including medical, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
