Looking to TradeUp? WeCare in Niceville, FL is seeking self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Plumbing team.

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. You will also charge and collect for all work performed, per company policy and procedures, by completing paperwork daily and recording all hours and materials used on each invoice. These tasks mainly include sewer and drain cleaning and working with automatic faucets and flush valves.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose customers’ plumbing issues

Work with customers to determine the best solution for them

Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures

Charge and collect payments for work performed

Document and log job in Service Titan (including pictures and description of work performed)

Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance

WHAT YOU NEED:

1+ year experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice

Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record

Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen

Problem solver; ability to critically analyze and solve difficult plumbing challenges

Lifelong learner; open to learning new techniques as a service technician and working with new plumbing technologies.
