Door Pro America, a leader in providing high-quality residential garage doors, is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls and emails from customers and provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. You will process orders, handle returns or exchanges, and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
