As a family-owned staffing company, DBS is dedicated to connecting talented individuals with reputable organizations in need of reliable and skilled employees.
As our client's Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly and professional voice our clients rely on for information about their services and products.
Handle orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
Resolve customer concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with our client's team to ensure outstanding service.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service—ideally, 2 years in a clerical role (not retail).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
A can-do attitude with a commitment to going the extra mile for our clients.
The capability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
