We’re looking for a senior executive and internal communications manager to support the Product organization on strategic projects. In this role, you’ll work on executive communications for SVPs of Products and internal communications for a US-based R&D organization, including creating internal and external communications strategies and narratives for a variety of mediums, to support an organization that is constantly innovating. 

You are passionate about technology and innovation and the people behind them. You enjoy turning complex and technical products & features into compelling (and understandable!) stories, and you’re able to pivot quickly from audience to audience. As part of the Global Communications team, you’ll be a key point of contact across organizations, ensuring the right narratives are told across multiple channels. 

Your Impact

Establish and execute executive and internal communications plans and narratives that engage multiple audiences (employees, customers and beyond), and connect them to the company strategy and product vision

Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to  employees and stakeholders

Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels and audiences: from large internal events, the Intranet and Slack to externally-facing blogs, customer presentations, and keynotes

Ensure messages are consistent across all media and departments of the organization

Establish ongoing metrics; measure everything to ensure success, and pivot early and often
