Job Description

Recommend, plan, implement and coordinate a wide variety of Human Resource programs and policies, in accordance with legal and company guidelines. Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Seeks to continuously improve policies and processes with an eye on helping Brunk follow best in practice industry standards.

Responsibilities:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Coordinate the recruitment process for open hourly or salary positions

Conduct orientation and onboarding processes

Thoroughly understand and accurately disseminate information on benefits programs/offerings

Report writing, collecting and analyzing information; identifying trends; recommending courses of action

Perform backup duties to weekly payroll

Handle and document day to day employee relations issues

Become SME regarding plant policies and procedures

Work in a safe manner and perform other duties as assigned within HR function.
