Requirements for an SEN Teacher:

Creative teaching approaches - utilising innovative techniques to engage students and foster their personal and academic growth.
Collaborative nature, and the ability to work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills, with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to education.
