Become an IT Support Specialist with Agape Care Group

We are looking for an entry level IT Support Specialist to join our team who will answer incoming team member calls or email concerning IT related issues, including but not limited to network, server, hardware, software, printing, other computer and telecommunication issues. You will provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, email, and operating systems.  In this role, you will often perform level 1 problem diagnostics and resolution of moderately complex system hardware, software, network and operator issues including but not limited to password resets, basic application installation/re-installation, and end user training. You will also focus on setting up and configuring IT equipment and peripheral equipment such as docking stations, screens, printers and recycle returned IT equipment.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Associates degree (2) two year college or technical school preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years related experience and Knowledge of MDM’s, Microsoft Intune/O365 is preferred.

SKILLS: Strong inter-personal and communication skills; Train users in complex topics, ability to communicate concepts to technical and non-technical users. Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies system back up, disaster recovery, system administration, data integrity. Analytical and problem solving skills, and strong self-direction.

Required: Reliable transportation.
