Overview:

Wolf is seeking a Lead Vendor Manager to join our growing and well-established national firm. As the Lead Vendor Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of vendor management services. You will play a crucial role in defining the customer journey through innovative learning programs, enablement content, and adoption frameworks. This position demands a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

Customer Enablement Strategy: 

Develop and refine the customer enablement strategy to support all phases of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to advocacy. 

AI Technology Service Offering: 

Act as the product manager for AI technology service offerings. 

Customer Engagement: 

Lead the adoption and implementation of new customer engagement technologies and methodologies, including knowledge bases and interactive training processes. 

Product Translation: 

Serve as the primary translator of product release information to customers by owning product launch plans in partnership with Product, Client Services, and others throughout the organization. 

Project Management: 

Project manage customer Critical Action Plans by partnering with internal departments and customers to drive resolution and ensure the adoption of Wolf software and consulting services. 

Program Optimization: 

Monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of customer enablement programs through metrics-driven outcomes and customer feedback. 

WolfPAC Solutions Expertise: 

Develop a deep knowledge of WolfPAC solutions to best support clients in maximizing their value. 

Industry Trends: 

Keep up with relevant banking and financial services industry trends and share helpful information with clients. 

Team Leadership: 

Manage and build a high-performing customer enablement team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

Mentorship: 

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and personal career goals. 

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in vendor management

Vendor Management Expertise:

Sophisticated understanding of vendor management policies and procedures addressing due diligence, onboarding, SLA management, and relationship management.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Knowledge of financial and healthcare regulatory requirements in vendor management and third-party risk management.

Industry Experience:

Experience working with banks, credit unions, fintech, healthcare companies, and Healthtech firms.

Risk Management Understanding:

Understanding of related risks from technology, cyber, compliance, and business continuity on third-party risk management.

Risk Assessment Skills:

Experience performing risk assessments and presenting to C-suite executives.

Additional Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management abilities.

Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics-driven outcomes.

Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving high performance.

Adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $165,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
