Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our 3rd party providers. This role involves ensuring our vendors comply with service quality, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual agreements. This role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, addressing issues, and working closely with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

•    Act as the primary point of contact for vendors – Point of escalation 

•    Conduct regular meetings with vendors to review performance metrics, service levels and contractual obligations.

•    Negotiate terms and conditions of vendor contracts.

•    Ensure contracts are fair and beneficial to our organization.

•    Review and renew contracts as necessary.

•    Work with internal departments (e.g., procurement, legal, finance) to align vendor management strategies with organizational policies.

•    Work with providers to facilitate product demos for customers and sales agents.

•    Track pricing to ensure we meet revenue and profitability goals.

•    Escalation contact for Operations, Product, I.T. and Sales Support areas pertaining to service providers that provide POS Hardware, POS systems, Fulfillment, Payment Gateway and ACH transaction processing services.  

The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 

May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
