Description
Job Overview: The client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects and a passion for designing and managing infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and design civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other software.
Prepare, review, and modify project plans and designs.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, transportation, or land development projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), Outlook
Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and complete duties independently
Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting
Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within a specified period.
